Specific attributes
There are different types of specific attributes, these include;
Job-related attributes
for example if you work in an IT department then computer and technical knowledge is essential, or if you work with cars then mechanical knowledge is very important, these are valued as your employer will not have to waste time training you if you are already qualified.

for example health and safety in any type of working environment and especially hygiene when working around any food products.

for example being punctual and actually turning up for work everyday, this is valued as you have to show that you’re committed to the job and the work.

General attributes
General attributes are transferable skills that you can use in many different jobs, they enable you to be adaptive and flexible in case you need to change your job, there are many general attributes out there for example;

for example working out how to schedule available resources and activities in order to meet an objective, having foresight and using Gantt charts.

for example being able to prioritise or delegate roles, work efficiently and productively, and manage your time well.

is also a very important attribute to have as this means that you will get reports due in on time and always get your work done when it needs to be and not have a massive backlog of work to do.

Preferred Attitudes
Preferred attitudes are attitudes that employers would prefer that you had, for example;
Motivation, this is very important as it is vital that you want to actually get the work done
Independence is a very valued as it is important that you can work on your own and think for yourself and show initiative
Dendpendability is important as you need to reliable, showing up to work on time, having good attendance, getting all the work done by the deadline are all very important aspects to have
